Led by Connor Hollison, who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is pursuing a Master’s in Sports Psychology, these sessions are designed to enhance your mental resilience and focus on the lacrosse field.
With over 7 years of coaching experience, I understand the unique challenges lacrosse goalies face. These sessions will provide you with personalized strategies to improve your mental game, including:
- Visualization Techniques: Learn how to visualize success and improve performance under pressure.
- Goal Setting: Develop clear, achievable goals to stay motivated and focused.
- Mindfulness Practices: Incorporate mindfulness to enhance concentration and reduce anxiety.
- Confidence Building: Build self-confidence through tailored exercises and positive reinforcement.
- Intra-game tools: Learn scientifically proven techniques to control your emotional state during games and practices.
Whether you're looking to improve your game-day performance or enhance your overall mental toughness, these sessions will provide the tools you need to succeed. Our first session will be for about an hour, and follow up sessions will be for about 45 minutes.
