Struggling with specific aspects of your game? Adaptive Goaltending Academy's virtual private lessons offer targeted, one-on-one coaching to help you excel. Work directly with Connor Hollison, former division 1 lacrosse goalie with over 7 years of goalie coaching experience to improve your footwork, hand-eye coordination, angle play, reaction time, clearing, and mental game.

Our virtual sessions provide in-depth analysis of your technique through video review, customized drill plans you can practice on your own or with a partner, and real-time feedback to accelerate your progress. During our sessions, I can take you through a training session (whether you have a training partner or not) that will elevate your training to the next level. I will push you hard and pay attention to your technique to make sure your getting as much out of these sessions as possible.

With your consent, we can record your sessions and take notes with Google's AI note taker, so you can review your training and stay organized with what you want to focus on.
